The Board of Directors attend quarterly meetings and vote on changes to KDT programming. Board Members also volunteer in various roles.
The Leadership Team consists of three directors who manage the school, Kinetics Youth Ensemble, Kinetics Dance Company and KDT’s operations.
Kinetics School of Dance employs degreed and experienced dance instructors.

KDT has a high school chapter of National Honors Society of Dance Arts. This program celebrates the artistic merit, leadership, and academic achievements of exceptional dance students in grades 9-12. Students are inducted to NSHDA after accumulating a set number of merits earned by taking class, performing in events and assisting with community programming. NHSDA members help our School of Dance thrive by planning special community-based initiatives throughout the year!
Students can help KDT while fulfilling community service hours or bolstering their resumes! KDT offers a wide variety of internships ranging from Social Media, Education, Business focuses and more!
KDT’s Work Study program allows adults the ability to exchange skills for tuition reimbursement. Inquire about our Desk Worker Program!
KDT supports students with college prep by hosting free workshops about dance in higher education, as well as opportunities to work one-on-one with faculty to rehearse for collegiate dance auditions.
