Liz Quinones’ training at Cab Calloway School of the Arts in Wilmington, DE inspired a career in dance. She graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a B.A. in Dance and a certificate in K-12 Education. Succeeding graduation, Liz taught dance in Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) for five years. Her teaching experience has extended to other settings such as the Regional High School Dance Festival, the National Dance Education Organization Conference, the Maryland Dance Education Association Conference, and the Maryland State Dance Showcase. Liz was a performer and choreographer for Full Circle Dance Company. Her works have been featured in local events such as Baltimore Dance Invitational, Howard County Community College Dance Festival, Maryland Council for Dance Professional Artist’s Concert, and Peabody Dance! Festival. Liz is currently pursuing her M.F.A in Dance from Hollins University. This past fall, Liz accepted the position of School Manager at Kinetics Dance Theatre. Since then, she has been teaching, choreographing, directing student companies, and managing the success of the school.
